Hi
I have a JA100 system with two sirens. A bus siren and a 230V siren. The 230V siren should only work as a doorbell, which is configured now, and not sound when the alarm goes off. It should only be the bus siren. How do I turn off the 230V siren on alarm? I was in devices and remove the two areas I have, but that didn’t help. The 230V siren stills go off when the alarm is activated.

what's the type of that 230 V siren?
JA-162 A ?
In the list of components you are able to set the reaction "No alarm". If you open the internal settings of the siren, then it allows you to define the areas for alarm signal, further you can set to "Internal Warning", "External Warning" or you can turn OFF any acoustic alarm reaction. Try to play with these settings.

Hi GT10,
Yes it is JA-162A Siren i use. I removed the areas 1 and 2 in internal settings of the siren, and that did't help, the siren starts when the alarm is going off.
