My JA100 system wont call my cellphone, on alarm, i only receive texts from my GSM and Jablotron that the alarm is activated. under the settings from users, i put in my phone number incl. country code, put wings on what i want to receive, and then choose the area, and save. But there is a check mark in receive phone call, but nothing happen, what to do? I receive text fine, so the SIM car works fine.

could you solve the problem in the meantime?
LIST OF USERS / USER OVERVIEW
Ensure to type the phone number of user or admin
in the right way, for example like this +49152.... (without leading zero - 0152...)
Ensure that you choose the area, the specific user is allowed to control.
USER NOTIFICATION
Choose the desired user in the drop-down list (Admin, User1, User2, ..)
in the desired position. Mark the check box "Alarm Call" and also choose
the desired area for area messages.
TRANSMITTING DEVICES (GSM/LAN Modules) -> GSM-Module
Ensure that the GMS Module is activated and on air
with sufficient signal strength.
Ensure that you choose either "user" or "any person"
in the drop-down list for REMOTECONTROL VIA PHONE
Then I think it should work.
Do you use the Jablotron SDC-SIM-Card
or a SIM-Card from another provider?
Are you registered in the MyJablotron Cloud?

Yes, all settings is above. Thats the strange part. I receive text messages from the GSM mobile number, so it works. Its a SIM card uses for alarm.
I am registreret at MyJablotron Cloud, and receive also text message from that too. But not any calls. Under user notification it is set to text message and alarm call. Should i make a new one with only alarm call, so the user is dublicated and the first one is text message, and the dublicated one is alarm call only, and then the areas. ?

Tried to run the GSM test, and it says ALL OK. tried to set under remote control via phone to only "user" it was on "any person" But still don't work. I receive text messages fine, from the GSM, and MyJablotron
