Guten Abend Allerseits,
ich bin etwas ratlos. Ich versuche die Integra App für meine Integra 128 Plus mit ETHM-1 Plus Modul in Betrieb zu nehmen. Leider scheitere ich beim Login mit dem Fehler:
"Control panel's version is unknown"
Die Anlage hab ich auf Version 1.20 geupdatet. Das ETHM Modul ist die
2.08
DloadX funktioniert ohne Probleme. GuardX auf dem PC auch. Es ist egal ob ich in der App die Anlage als Direktverbindung oder über den Satel Server einrichte.
Die App läuft auf Android.
Hat jemand eine Idee. Zur Fehlermeldung finde ich gar nichts im Netz.

ich tippe mal stark, das die App aktualisiert werden muss. Die Zentralenversion oder ETHM-Version wird neuer sein wie die App-Version.

Hi Animal,
vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Die App ist bei mir die 4.8.2 (118) auf einem Android OnePlus 9. Das scheint die aktuellste Version zu sein. Ich werde am Wochenende mal ein anderes Smartphone ausprobieren und gebe nochmal eine Rückmeldung.

So, nun habe ich die App mit dem zweiten Smartphone getestet. Leider das gleiche Spiel.
Beide Smartphone sind Android Geräte. Das erste läuft mit Android 11 und das zweite mit Android 10.

I had exactly same problem this weekend and Satel Support help me to solve it.
Here is there answer :
At DLOADX configuration in ETHM-1 PLUS configuration you have to mark option "GSM".
